Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — only mobile banking accounts registered in the user's own name are eligible.
To submit a withdrawal request, your account must have sufficient balance and KYC verification must be complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours of the request.
Withdrawing winnings earned from bonuses requires meeting the applicable wagering requirements. If those requirements have not been met, only the cash balance may be withdrawn. bbd33 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.

Bbd33 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if a bonus is misused or used solely for withdrawal purposes. If multiple accounts are found to be claiming bonuses for the same individual, all such accounts will be closed.
Once a bet is confirmed on bbd33, it cannot be changed — the only exception is selling the bet before the match ends via the cashout feature, where available. Your account must have sufficient balance for a bet to be confirmed.
If a match is cancelled, postponed, or completed outside of its scheduled time, bets will be settled in accordance with bbd33's sports rules. In the event of a lost internet connection or technical issue during live betting, bbd33's settlement decision will be final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bbd33. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.
Users may request to close their account at any time. As part of responsible betting, a self-exclusion option is also available, allowing accounts to be suspended for a set period.
Bbd33 may suspend or close an account for reasons including rule violations, suspected fraud, false information, legal obligations, or security concerns. bbd33 will attempt to notify the user before closing an account; however, in urgent situations, the account may be closed without prior notice.
